A personal consultation gives you the advantage of being able to discuss and clarify all your doubts about your health conditions and any therapies. This will be not possible, at least immediately if we do not talk to you in person. But of course you are welcome to contact us any time at info@avicenna-klinik.de. Here are the instructions (explanations) how to do that. Please do not send any documents before you are informed by us about this procedure. The costs for this service will be borne by you.

How much does a treatment for a herniated disc or spondylolisthesis cost?

When calculating costs, several factors are taken into consideration such as complains, (pain, paralysis, bladder dysfunction, etc.), findings (disc hernia, spinal stenosis, vertebral fracture) its severity (small, huge, Stadium I or III), its location (cervical, thoracic or lumbar spine), if it is accompanied by other spinal changes (instability), adjacent findings (other segments, Adhesions, anomalies), general health condition of the patient (diabetes, heart disease, ability to walk) and other factors. My doctor suggested that I have a cervical protrusion. Which operations are possible in my case?

After a detailed consultation, neurological examination and magnetic resonance imaging, a precise diagnosis can be made and a therapy can be recommended. Talking, touching the spine and taking only an X-ray you cannot pinpoint a definitive diagnosis. Only after the determination of the diagnosis, a doctor can explain some treatment options. If an operation is necessary then this treatment is going to be chosen, which not only will relieve the symptoms, but also eliminate the cause of these complaints. Obviously, the treatment will be chosen also according to the highest chance of success.
